REGULAR RETURN POLICY
Refunds are available for all regular priced clothing and hats only. You may drop off or ship the item back to our home studio (scroll down for details on how to return; address will be provided).
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund and any received thereafter may be denied (scroll down for details on how to return). Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
For any returns - please make sure that the item is returned in their original condition (including tags).
No restock fees.

HOW TO RETURN:
Please email us at info@figjamto.com with your order # in the subject line to coordinate and/or if you have any questions regarding a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund and any received thereafter may be denied.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once figjam.to has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
***figjam.to reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Return the package via mail. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Our home studio address will be provided via e-mail. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by figjam.to will not be issued a refund.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to figjam.to. figjam.to will not be responsible to issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by figjam.to. You will be informed via email once this transaction has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or account that the payment had originally come from.
