We are off to Cuba to April 12th - 19th to refresh & reboot! Please see below for our holiday shipping & fitting schedule:

TORONTO fittings available until April 11th. Email us at info@figjamto.com to book your fitting. No fittings will take place between April 12th - April 19th.

Online orders processed by APRIL 10th are guaranteed to arrive before APRIL 19th. Any orders processed between April 11th - 19th, will be delivered as of April 20th. No orders will be delivered April 12th - April 19th. We will do our best to process and send out orders as soon as possible xx.

Please email info@figjamto.com to request a private fitting at our Etobicoke, Toronto studio. We require a 24 hour processing period for all fitting requests, as well as a notice of minimum 24 hours before the scheduled fitting if you'd like to cancel.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. RETURNS POLICY

Refunds are available for all regular priced items only. Please email us at info@figjamto.com to coordinate and/or if you have any questions regarding the return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once figjamto has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. figjamto reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is unsuitable for a refund. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by figjamto will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. 

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by figjamto. You will be informed via email once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that the payment had originally come from. 

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to figjamto. figjamto will not be responsible to issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

ALL SUNGLASSES ARE FINAL SALE due to natural wear and tear that may occur. ALL bathing suits, bikinis and earrings cannot be returned..

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please email us at info@figjamto.com to coordinate and/or if you have any questions regarding the exchange. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order and return the original item purchased.. This is valid for any regular priced or sale items.

SALE POLICY

All sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Any sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. Sale items are valid for an exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt. The store credit does not expire.

NO price adjustments will be made on sale items.

GIFT CARD POLICY

The gift card has no expiry date. Valid for one time use only. Once confirmation of purchase is complete, figjamto will provide a specific promo code via email to the purchaser. No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax. If tax is added upon purchasing the gift card, figjamto will refund the tax amount as soon as the order is processed.
