I would like to place an order I saw on Instagram/Facebook.

Please email us at info@figjamto.com for any items you'd like to order that you have seen on our social media channels and/or website. We will be managing all interests on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We are away on vacation April 12th - 19th and will be responding to all emails upon our return as of April 20th.

Upon our return, we will confirm availability of the item that you are interested in. 


How can I place an order online?

We are away on vacation April 12th - 19th. No orders will be able to be processed on our website during this time period.

Please email us at info@figjamto.com for any items you'd like to order that you have seen on our social media channels and/or website. We will be managing all interests on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Upon our return, we will confirm availability of the item that you are interested in.


I placed an order between April 1-11. When will I receive my order?

All orders received online up until April 10th will be sent out for delivery by by April 11th.
Orders in the Greater Toronto Area that are applicable for FREE deliveries will arrive by April 11th. 

Orders outside of the Greater Toronto Area will be delivered via Canada Post and will be sent a tracking number.

Any orders received online on April 11th will be processed as of April 20th. We are away on vacation April 12th - 19th.

No orders will be delivered during this time period. We will do our best to send out orders as soon as possible. xx
