RETURNS POLICY

Refunds are available for all full-priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once FIGJAM.TO has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. FIGJAM.TO reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is unsuitable for a refund. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by FIGJAM.TO will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. 

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by FIGJAM.TO. You will be informed via email once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that the payment had originally come from. 

A Returns Sheet is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed in order to receive a refund. If you require a copy of the Returns Sheet or have any questions regarding your return, please email our Customer Care team at info@figjamto.com.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to FIGJAM.TO. FIGJAM.TO will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order. This is valid for any regular priced or sale items.

SALE POLICY

All sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Any sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. Sale items are valid for an exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt. The store credit does not expire.

ALL bathing suits, bikinis and earrings cannot be returned - you may receive store credit only.

GIFT CARD POLICY

The gift card has no expiry date. Valid for one time use only. Once confirmation of purchase is complete, FIGJAM.TO will provide a specific promo code via email to the purchaser. No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.
